ZOE G.

INSTRUCTOR

Zoe (RYT 200) was drawn to yoga from substantial back pain caused by severe scoliosis when at 15 years old. Through the physical practice also came the mental clarity and breakthroughs often associated with yoga, and teaching yoga for the past 10 years has developed into both a passion and a source of connection and happiness for her. Her teaching style is centered in breath, exploration, and play, coupled with hands-on assists from a Thai-massage background.
