Our mission is to support your life outside of the studio. Our fitness program doesn’t stick to a dogma - we’re using kettlebells to increase strength and bone density, we’re practicing yoga and other movement patterns to challenge your mobility and balance, and practicing mindful breath and focus through it all.

We request you come 15 minutes before class to get checked in and your mat set-up. Please leave your phones, smart watches, and fitness trackers in a cubby on silent or in airplane mode. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted into the class.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, bring a water bottle and a full-length towel for heated classes. To keep the space clean for everyone, please remove your shoes when you enter the studio as they are not needed for class. Bring a mat if you have one, or borrow one of ours for a small fee.

Our entrance is on Roberts Street near the entrance to The Wyre parking garage. Parking in the garage is free for 60 minutes, and Blue Ghost validates for an additional 30 minutes. There is also limited free street parking.

To receive your free Pivot Parking credit (valid for the garage only):

1. Register your car through Pivot Parking via the text or QR codes posted in the garage (good for 60 minutes free parking).⁠

2. To receive 30 minutes additional free parking, scan BGSY’s QR code at the reception desk

If you do not register your car for parking in the garage, you will automatically be ticketed up to $100.

If you can’t make it to a scheduled class, please cancel at least 6 hours in advance to avoid any late cancellation or no-show fees. 

Members must provide at least 30-days notice of their request to change or cancel their membership. Please submit request for membership changes via our Membership Change Request Form.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with a signed liability waiver if they are attending a class.

Children under 16 are not allowed to attend our heated classes.

Our Firefly Dance Party (FDP) is designed for children 12 and under. It is required that their parent or guardian must remain at the studio during the entire FDP. Adults are encouraged to enjoy our complimentary coffee and WiFi while they wait for their young BGSY members!
