  • "Blue Ghost doesn’t align itself with any single methodology, and that’s deliberate. The studio’s programming blends kettlebell strength training, Vinyasa flow, mobility work and breathwork into a format designed to be progressive, accessible and genuinely functional. The throughline across all of it is integration — the idea that strength and flexibility aren’t opposing disciplines but complementary ones that reinforce each other over time.

The BGSY Mission

Our mission is to support your life outside of the studio. Our fitness program doesn’t stick to a dogma - we’re using kettlebells to increase strength and bone density, we’re practicing yoga and other movement patterns to challenge your mobility and balance, and practicing mindful breath and focus through it all.

BGSY CLASSES

STRENGTH + Flow

Warmed class with a building Vinyasa flow warm up, strength training circuit using kettlebells, and a yoga-based core and cool down.

Great for anyone looking for a challenge! Workouts will be progressive, so students are encouraged to find their own sweet spot.

Heated to 85 degrees.

Vinyasa Flow

The Blue Ghost Vinyasa class a power flow with a focus on breath that will build some serious heat. Stretching and strengthening; this teacher-led format flows through peaks and valleys of intensity.

Great for all experience levels. Heated to 85 degrees.

STRENGTH + Flow FUNDAMENTALS

Slow and alignment-focused class with a flow warm up and strength training circuit using kettlebells or steel maces, and a yoga-based core and cool down. Great intro to the types of exercise, more accessible for beginners or seniors or anyone wanting to refine their technique.

Bitter Sweet BODYWORK

A deep dive into your body mechanics and your mind-body connection led by a seasoned yogi. Not a flow class, but a moving meditation. This class will challenge you in new ways each week!

Great for all levels, be prepared for a focused and challenging 90 minutes. Heated to comfort.

Firefly Party

Kids yoga dance parties with fun playlists or a DJ, different themes like animal movement, and introduction to easy and fun yoga poses.

Great for kids, guardian must remain at the studio during class. Wifi and coffee available!
